The Library Step Stool DIY

This is a super easy project for all you book worms out there! Repurpose an old stool into a decorative library piece using old book pages!

What you need…

1. Step Stool (found mine in my grandparent’s basement)

2. Mod Podge

3.  Paint Brush 

4. Old Book (something you do not mind ripping up)

Smear Mod Podge on your step stool using your brush.

Brush Tip!

If you step away from your project for any amount of time be sure to throw your brush into some water, otherwise you can say good bye to your paint brush!!

Rip, fold, cut! Collage your book pages on anyway you want!

Do a layer of Mod Podge over your fully collaged stool, in order to create a clear seal. 

Drying time: 1-2 hours

Final Product

This step stool will be donated to a local elementary school's media center for the upcoming start of the school year!
